Scheduling

Accurate and efficient scheduling is an important part of any practice.  Samatikos's schedule is flexible and accessible from any location with Internet connection. There are numerous views and printouts of the schedule are also available.

 Samatikos provides the following features to address these needs:

• View multiple providers schedules
• Handle multiple bookings per time period to allow for emergencies.
• User defined schedule increments (5, 6, 10, 15, 30, 60).
• Define office hours on a provider and/or daily basis. Easily mark on the schedule when the office will be closed and when the provider is at lunch or meetings.
• When scheduling an appointments real time information is displayed including: last visit, any scheduled future appointments, patient's current balance, and patient co-pay amount.
• Powerful "Find next available" appointment feature easily handles complex patient requests.
• Determine from the scheduler, which patients have been checked in and which patients have paid a co-pay.
